Lying to the South of Everest and att 6461m, Mera Peak is one of the highest & popular trekking peak in Nepal . Starting from Lukla , we take the route via the beautiful Hinku valley, for better acclimatization to the base camp and return via the Zatrwa la. You trek past quaint , small villages and settlements in a wild and stunning environment with breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains.
A fantatastic climb to go beyond the magical 6000m, the ascent is technically straightforward and a long haul to the summit which offers astonishing views of the Himalayan vista which is enjoyed as you approach the summit. From the top you can see five of the six highest mountains in the world. Cho Oyu (8201m), Lhotse (8516m), Everest (8848m), Makalu (8463m) and Kangchenjunga (8586m).
