Sikkim a land locked small stretch of land, surrounded by 3 different countries is geographically very diverse. The third largest mountain in the world Kanchenjunga (8,586 m) is at the border. On this tour, we begin with our travels through Sikkim, from North to East visiting little villages and towns, getting an insight into the lifestyle of its people and enjoying warm hospitality. We then continue to Darjeeling, famous for its tea, toy train and Kanchenjunga before going to the Shangrila of the Himalaya - Bhutan, the last Himalayan kingdom, nestled in the middle of the Himalaya with varying altitudes and terrain. Bhutan is a sparsely populated country, often compared to Switzerland due its size. The incredible landscape, friendly people, inspiring traditional architecture, ancient fortresses ( Dzongs) is all seen while breathing the fresh, clean unpolluted mountain air which makes a visit to this charming and world's most exotic Himalayan Kingdom a truly enjoyable and memorable one.
