This trek gives the opportunity of viewing Kanchenjunga. Trekking through thick rhododendron and moss laden forests teeming with birdlife and orchids clinging to the branches and tree trunks, you get panoramic views of Kanchenjunga range from Dzongri with the highlight being a spectacular sunrise and view of Kanchenjunga and the neighbouring peaks from the 1^st view point(4500m) beyond which one is no longer allowed to go.
